Finding Us. A story about belonging for children.
Finding Us is a story about a boy who always felt a little out of place and his search for belonging.
Have you ever felt different from everyone else?
JJ, a freckle-faced boy who travels with the circus, knows what that's like. Not remembering his parents, JJ can't help but feel like he doesn't belong. But when he meets Eli the elephant and Stretch the giraffe, JJ finally discovers that he may not be as alone as he thought.
When these three fast friends decide to put the circus behind them, they set out on a dreamlike journey in search of what they've never known: family, acceptance and freedom.
Through winding paths and dark forests, they must conquer their fears and help each other through thick and thin. After all, that's what friends do! Enchanted trains, magical nightingales, and exciting adventures await JJ and his friends as they set off into the unknown, determined to discover who they really are.
